Radio-dispatched trucks

All of our truck two-way radios have recently been upgraded to a new state-of-the-art digital system that provides coverage from Middleburg to Hagerstown to Baltimore and everywhere in between. This allows us to better monitor our fleet to ensure fast, efficient delivery and provide accurate information to you about the status of your delivery or pick-up.

In-house Laundry

We have more capacity than any company in the Washington area. All of our own linens are processed in our own washers, dryers, and roll irons to provide greater quality control and last minute availability.

After-hours emergency calls

Our "after-hours" voice mail allows callers to leave a detailed voice message for emergency situations. The system will then page one of 4 managers, one at a time, that will call in to the system to obtain the message and get back to you.

Quality Control

Providing high quality equipment is our top priority. All software items are cleaned and wrapped in protective packaging prior to each rental. We have one position that does nothing but test all samovars and coffee makers and polish every silver, copper, and gold item we rent prior to each rental.

Linen Manufacturing

We purchase raw materials and cut and sew all our tablecloths in our in-house plant. We stock a minimum of 750 yards of the colors and fabrics that are available in all sizes, which assures that we can meet last minute requests even for uncommon items in large quantities. For example, if you need 100 khaki 96" round cloths or 1000 hunter napkins with gold edges, we can accommodate you!

Selection

We have an excellent selection of unusual items including 6 colors of Chiavari Chairs with numerous cushion color options, unique copper serving pieces, interesting ceramic platters, napkins with lace or metallic edging, a tremendous assortment of print and specialty fabric tablecloths and more. We go to markets in New York and other parts of the country to shop and we also import much of our goods from abroad.

Engineering department

We have in-house personnel that do nothing but repair tables, paint chairs, and produce boxes to protect our equipment. This allows us to provide a better product and give our customers more value for their money.

Packaging

We use a variety of racks, crates, and boxes to protect our equipment against damage that can occur in our warehouse or on trucks en route to you. This helps us ensure you get the equipment you want in good condition.

Tablecloths on hangers

All tablecloths are sent on hangers at no additional charge. A protective bag is put over each tablecloth with an easy-to-read label indicating size.

CADD Program

We have a computer-assisted design and draw program that can help with the layout of your function. We can show you how tables, chairs, bars, dance floors, etc, will look in your tent or event room. This service is free with any tent rental or large equipment rental.
